projects and how to determine\nconflicts of interest and how to deal with them.<\/li><li>The candidate has learned best practices in change\nmanagement in the role as a change agent.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"box2\"><strong>II: Organizational Process\nManagement and Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"box2\"><li>The candidate is able to use benchmarking, define a\nprocess and set performance measures.<\/li><li>The candidate has learned how to implement a system of\nmeasuring process performance for a process on a daily basis. &nbsp;<\/li><li>The candidate is able to distinguish between single and\nmultiple process problems and has learned to prioritise these into single\nproblems.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"box1\"><strong>III: Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"box1\"><li>The candidate understands the components and techniques\nused in coaching teams and the phases in the deployment of team success. <\/li><li>The candidate has learned various techniques on coaching\nand group dynamics challenges. &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"box2\"><strong>IV: Define<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"box2\"><li>The candidate is able to translate customer requirements\nto CTQs and collect data. \n<\/li><li>The candidate understands the elements in starting up a\nproject and knows different models to start, change and track these from idea to\nhandover (A3, Kaizen). &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"box1\"><strong>V: Measure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"box1\"><li>The candidate is able to measure the CTQ for different\nkinds of data in order to determine the process performance in relation with\nthe value stream. <\/li><li>The candidate is able to determine the information and\nthe data flow on the current process.<\/li><li>The candidate has learned to map the process from the\ncustomer perspective.<\/li><li>The candidate is able to analyze and distinguish between\ncommon process problems like waiting times, inventory , unbalance etc. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"box2\"><strong>VI: Analyze<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"box2\"><li>The candidate has learned to determine possible causes\nfor problems and applying different techniques in reducing the possible causes\nto the vital few. <\/li><li>The candidate is able to to identify and interpret the 7\nclassic wastes and apply techniques to create continuous flow. <\/li><li>The candidate is able to use gap analysis tools to create\na future state map.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"box1\"><strong>VII: Improve<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"box1\"><li>The candidate knows how to use visual management and\ntools in Lean management in order to implement an improved process.<\/li><li>The candidate knows how to use Statistical Process\nControl and merge this into the Lean Daily Management.<\/li><li>The candidate is able to apply various Lean tools and\ntechniques to eliminate waste and reduce cycle time.<\/li><li>The candidate is able to understand how to implement an\nimproved process and how to analyze and interpret risk studies (FMEA). &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"box2\"><strong>VIII: Control<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"box2\"><li>The candidate is able to apply, use, and analyze the\nvarious statistical process control (SPC) techniques.<\/li><li>The candidate is able to understand concepts of Lean\nManagement (TPS) and visual factory concepts.<\/li><li>The candidate is able to develop control plans and use\nvarious tools to maintain and sustain improvements.<\/li><li>The candidate understands the fundamentals on continuous\nimprovement&nbsp;
